PROJECT COLOR CODE
Color-Coded Humanitarian System
Project Color Code is a life-saving system that helps people find the best places for life-sustaining supplies when there is no power. Specifically, it does this through the usage of wind currents and helium to provide aid signals from the sky during natural disasters. The system utilizes community centers, schools, and centers of worship to gather donations of water, canned goods, and first aid products. During a disaster, these locations communicate the types of services they can offer through color codes.
Medical
Aid
The Red Team will offer a variety of medical services. Care will range from minor nursing to emergency health services that include the support of: emergency health kits translators and nurses, The team will also use emergency vehicles that can transport medical care.
Farming & Agriculture
Farming and Agricultural teams will be deployed to register and restore the needs of farms and other sites of agricultural production. Once registered, a flag will be placed outdoors on the property, with charging and power stations.
Food
Services
Brown kites will correspond to food services following a natural disaster. They will have dried and powdered food products in storage facilities to import and export food items to disaster zones. There, victims in need can receive food and water.
Lost & Found Facilities
Yellow kites correspond to yellow centers that act as lost-and-found facilities. During war and disaster, many can get lost trying to escape danger. Therefore, it is very important to prioritize for facilities that enable reunification
Hydration & Sanitation
Hydration and Sanitation teams will be deployed to provide water, clothing and/or hygiene related supplies to centers and individuals. They will also build color-coded learning centers that can be located from a distance utilizing kites.
Responding to an Accelerating Crisis
According to the UN, more than half of the world now lives in urban areas. However, as urbanization increases, greater challenges are emerging due to natural disasters. In 2018, the UN released data suggesting that of the world’s cities, almost three in five with a population of at least 500,000 are at great risk of enduring natural disasters. These cities represent nearly one third of the world’s urban population. The remainder of the world’s population while not living in these areas will nonetheless be greatly affected, albeit indirectly. This is due to the immense influence cities have on the world's economy. When calculating the impact, the UN cites DESA’s Danan Gu, who estimates between 70 and 80 percent of the world’s economic output are produced by cities.
It is therefore due to the importance cities have in shaping the world, that Project Color Code was developed. To ensure economic, social and physical security, it is important to take measures that offer support to people living in disaster zones as soon as possible. Project Color Code allows people to have a general idea of where the resources they will need for survival can be located, even with limited energy services. It will also help to unite loved ones separated in the midst of disasters to assist in stabilizing stricken areas.
Flag Ship Support Systems
Flag Ship Support Systems will provide humanitarian services on ships for people facing crisis. Ships will contain support and assessment for employment, mental health and physical recovery.
Blue Flag
Ships
The Blue Flag Ship will provide health or aid services to men and families. Specifically, it will focus on families and men that have been displaced. To do this, the facility will utilize a rotating strategic color-coded placement system. In this system, the needs of homes, businesses and health will be assessed. For instance: If a family home is without power or is damaged, we will set that home on a list to rebuild and restore power. For men, mental and physical health evaluations will also be provided. We will additionally provide a skills assessment to determine any unique capabilities they may have. From there, they can receive training that refines existing skills to acquire a Color-Coded Certificate of Entrepreneurship/Employment. This certificate can be held and represented for opportunities as society is restored.
The Red Flag Ship provides emergency humanitarian aid services that include mental and physical emergency care on-site. Some extended emergency services will last for up to 90-days and will take place outside of disaster zones. Patients subject to an extended emergency will instead be cared for throughout the Diaspora during this time period. We will also partner with other Diasporan and African health facilities for emergency housing. The Red Flag Ship will provide assistance for governments, personnel and elements of social infrastructure that have been destroyed such as: commercial farms/farmers, large scale business owners, school departments and medical facilities.
Both patients and elements of social infrastructure will be evaluated and provided Color Coded Certificates. These certificates will help to determine funding that can be provided to civilians immediately upon restoration. To collect benefits outlined in the certificate, civilians will be directed to designated color-coded locations.

Ships
Pink Sanctum
Ships
The Pink Sanctum ships will offer mental and physical health aid to women and children. It will also support survivors of abuse among these vulnerable populations during periods of instability. For those serviced by the Sanctum ships, an assessment of future needs will also be made for optimal return care.
Pull up for Peace
The Pull Up for Peace Project will bring Compton’s former and current community units (gangs) that are presently under a peace treaty. The project will operate in partnership with Brad Carson: a probation officer with 30 years of involvement with gang peace treaties. His work has operated throughout Los Angeles, Waats, and Compton. Through organized meetings, we will bring community units from the Diaspora and Compton together to discuss economic trade, peace and mental health. We will also develop teams and partnerships through sports and gaming projects.
The next initiative of the project will then be the “Pull Up for Peace Concert”: A fundraising partnership that will bring artists from the Diaspora and Africa for a large global concert that will support the restoration of the Diaspora

Units & Certifications

White Flag Units
White Flag Units will feature community unit members, Buffalo Soldier peacekeepers, and translators. Diaspora units will then unite with community units through: sports equipment, team set-ups, business starter partnership kits and video gaming tournaments
Sport Certificate Units
Sports certificates will create sports teams from community units in several types of sports such as: basketball, soccer, football and track. Certificates will also assist in funding for uniforms, sporting equipment, and tournament set-ups throughout the Diaspora.
Peace Certificates
The peace certificate and flag will be passed out to all Diaspora community units by Buffalo Soldier peace units. Flags can be hung from the back pants pocket to express unity under a national peace treaty. Certificates and flags can also be utilized for any community peace project the Diaspora community units would like to implement. Examples can include: Community centers, Auto body shops or car dealerships. These businesses will be defined by their ability to bring peace to Diaspora communities. They will also develop self-sufficient community leaders from within the Diaspora community units.
Trade Certificates
Trade certificates support communication among community units from the Diaspora regarding the import and export of products and services. For example, a Diasporan in one territory can open barbershops in other territories. Meanwhile those that are from the territory he's stationing the barbershop can also go to territories they are not from to produce hoodies for Diaspora businesses. This certificate can aid in funding joint partnerships and can be exchanged for economic development funds.
African Programs

Ghana Infrastructure
Terra Azul Solutions is committed to the infrastructural support of Ghana. Technology solutions span across essential sectors such as hospitals, schools, and housing. Meanwhile, to ensure sustainable communities, we are dedicated to developing grocery stores and innovative water solutions, utilizing the natural resources of rivers and lakes.
Congo Eco Infrastructure
In Congo, we will be developing Eco-housing units. These homes will be of service to families and orphanages that provide greater opportunities for education. Eco-homes also have an advantage due to their resilience and how long the materials can last. Specifically, they are resistant to many natural disasters, termites and extreme temperatures.
Sierra Leone Sustainability
Welcome to our initiative at the Rokel River in Sierra Leone, where we've been granted 5,000 acres under a 10-year agreement, with options for extension. Our mission is to develop a range of sustainable solutions that cater to the needs of local communities. We are committed fostering growth and resilience while preserving the rich natural environment that surrounds.
