Color Coded Units
Partnering with Creole translators, the biker and color-coded units will be deployed as color-coded teams. These teams will travel on motorcycles or emergency vehicles that will be specialized to operate within a specific field.



Purple Team: Education
Educational Teams will go to schools and educational facilities to establish childcare and educational training needs. They will also build educational color-coded centers that use kites/balloons to increase the range that civilians can detect support facilities.
Red Kite - Medical Aid
Nursing teams will assist nurses and doctors at tent and medical facilities. Teams may also build tent emergency centers that utilize kites. Through the deployment of kites, civilians in need of medial attention will be able to have a general idea of where a medical facility is located from a distance.
Orange Team: Mental Health
Mental Health teams will locate patients with any mental health recommendations on their health certificates to provide relevant healthcare. These teams will operate from several facilities, detectable through kite/balloon systems in place. They will also utilize outreach units that will travel to patients.



Blue Team: Water & Sanitation
Hydration and Sanitation teams will be deployed to provide water, clothing, and/or hygiene supplies to centers and individuals. They will also build color-coded educational centers that can be located from a distance utilizing kites.
Green Team: Agriculture & Farming
Farming and agricultural teams will be deployed to register and restore the needs of farms and sites of agricultural production. Once a site is registered, a color-coded flag will be placed outdoors on the property, indicating its registration status from a distance.
Pink Teams: Women's Health
Pink teams will primarily be composed of: nurses, therapists, educators, and translators These teams will assess the mental or physical health of women and children. Each patient will receive a Certificate of Assessment for continued care. .
